Balloon Disclaimer
We are not liable for balloons once they are out of our care. We use only the highest quality balloons and materials, however, some may pop or deflate sooner than anticipated. We cannot guarantee your balloons will last once they have been delivered. Environmental factors, including weather, children, pets, different surfaces, hot or cluttered car conditions, and foliage can jeopardise the lifespan of our creations. We will replace anything we pop in transportation or during setup.
**Balloons to decorate the exterior of the Bubble House have an additional fee.
Deposits
The €50 deposit reserves your selected date, goes towards the order total and is non-refundable. You’ll be invoiced for the rest of your rental and any add ons once we've discussed and finalised the details of your Bubble Party.
Set Up
We require 45 minute to 1 hour set up and take down time of time of 30 minutes to 1 hour either side of your booking (this can vary a little depending on the package you choose for your event). For delivery outside of out 30 minute catchment area additional travel charges may apply.
For your safety and to avoid damage to our equipment, we unfortunately CANNOT set up on gravel/rocks, on/near dirt or uneven surfaces. If you have any questions on where to position the bubble house, bouncy castle or soft play we encourage you to send us pictures of the party space before your event date.
Bubble House & Bouncy Castle Rules
- There should be no more than the recommended capacity of people inside the bubble house or on the bouncy castles at once.
- Adult supervision is required at all times, we will provide a bubble house attendant for the duration of your booking.
- No sharp objects inside the bubble house or on the bouncy castles.
- No shoes inside the bubble house or on the bouncy castles.
- No food or drinks inside the bubble house or on the bouncy castles.
- The customer will be liable for any damages that are done to any of our equipment during hire.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule your booking, you must do so at least one week prior to your event date. We would be happy to apply your deposit to a future booking within a year of your original booking, if the date you require is available.
