What is included in my reservation? Each reservation includes a three-hour rental period, bubble attendant, detailed set up, 20+ interior balloons (up to 3 standard colors), shoe organizer, blower & extension cord, and free delivery up to 30 minutes from Limassol.
Can balloons be added to the exterior of the bubble house? Not only can they be added, but we highly recommend it! We would love to style your Bubble House with our balloon garlands on the exterior. It's the perfect way to pump up your party and create that epic photo op for you and your guests! We will work with you to custom design balloon garland add ons that fit your budget and vision.
How big is the Bubble House? The Bubble House is BIG fun and can fit both kids and adults! It measures 5m long, 3m wide, and 2.5m high.
Which surfaces work best for setup? We offer set up both indoors and outdoors on any level surface that includes grass, turf, concrete, asphalt, cement, pavers and sports courts. For your safety and to avoid damage to our bubble house, we unfortunately CANNOT set up on gravel/rocks, on/near dirt or uneven surfaces. If you have any questions on where to position your bubble house, we encourage you to send us pictures of the party space before your event date.
How many people can be inside the bubble house at once? The Bubble House does not have a weight limit; however, it is highly recommended that no more than 4-5 children/adults go inside at one time. We recommend that participants are of a similar age at all times to ensure safety, especially for smaller children.
Is the bubble house clean? OF COURSE! Cleanliness is a top priority for us, not only to provide a safe and positive experience for our clients, but also to maintain the quality of our equipment. We thoroughly clean and disinfect the Bubble House before each event.
What areas do you service? We rent our Bubble House to clients all over Cyprus. We are based in Limassol but we will travel further, additional travel fees may apply.
How is the bubble house secured? Our #1 goal is to keep you and your loved ones safe so you can enjoy the fun! Our bubble house is secured with 6 20kg sand bags.
Do you require a deposit? Yes! A €50 non-refundable booking deposit is required up front to reserve your date. You will be invoiced separately for the remaining balance and any other add ons if applicable. Invoices must be paid in full one week before your event date.
How far in advance should I make my reservation? The sooner the better! Depending on the type of event and what your bubble house needs are, we suggest that you book as soon as you can to make sure a bubble house will be available for your special day!
What is your cancellation policy? If you need to reschedule your booking, you must do so at least one week prior to your event date and we would be happy to apply your deposit to a future booking. Cancellations less than one week from your event are no longer eligible to be rescheduled.
Can I hire the bubble house for more than 3 hours? Absolutely! We charge an additional €50 per hour of hire if you want it for longer.
What if it's raining, stormy or windy? We prefer not to set the bubble house up if it is raining, stormy or if there are winds exceding 24km/h. If this happens then we will apply your deposit to a different date of your choice. We advise finding an indooor venue for winter months if possible.
