What is included in my reservation? Each reservation includes a three-hour rental period, bubble attendant, detailed set up, 40 + interior balloons (any colours of your choice), shoe organizer, blower & extension cord, and free delivery up to 30 minutes from Limassol.
Can balloons be added to the exterior of the bubble house? Not only can they be added, but we highly recommend it! We would love to style your Bubble House with our balloon garlands on the exterior. It's the perfect way to pump up your party and create that epic photo op for you and your guests!
How big is the Bubble House? The Bubble House is BIG fun and can fit both kids and adults! We have different sized bubble houses and we can send you the dimensions upon request.
Which surfaces work best for setup? We offer set up both indoors and outdoors on any level surface that includes grass, turf, concrete, asphalt, cement, pavers and sports courts. For your safety and to avoid damage to our equipment, we unfortunately CANNOT set up on gravel/rocks, on/near dirt or uneven surfaces. If you have any questions on where to position your bubble house or bouncy castle, we encourage you to send us pictures of the party space before your event date.
How many people can be inside the bubble house at once? The Bubble House does not have a weight limit; however, it is highly recommended that no more than 4-5 children/adults go inside the 3m bubble houses at one time. Our giant 4m bubble house has a maximum capacity of 10 people. We recommend that participants are of a similar age at all times to ensure safety, especially for smaller children.
Are the bubble houses and bouncy castles clean? OF COURSE! Cleanliness is a top priority for us, not only to provide a safe and positive experience for our clients, but also to maintain the quality of our equipment. We thoroughly clean and disinfect all of our equipment before each event.
What areas do you service? We rent our Bubble House to clients all over Cyprus. We are based in Limassol but we will travel further, additional travel fees may apply.
How are the bubble houses and bouncy castles secured? Our #1 goal is to keep you and your loved ones safe so you can enjoy the fun! We secure our equipment with with 20kg sand bags.
Do you require a deposit? Yes! A €50 non-refundable booking deposit is required up front to reserve your date. The remaining amount is due on the day or just before.
How far in advance should I make my reservation? The sooner the better! Depending on the type of event and what your needs are, we suggest that you book as soon as you can to make sure we will be available for your special day!
What is your cancellation policy? If you need to reschedule your booking, you must do so at least one week prior to your event date and we would be happy to apply your deposit to a future booking. Your deposit can be applied to a future date within a year of your original booking.
Can I hire the bubble house for more than 3 hours? Absolutely! We charge an additional €50 per hour of hire if you want to keep the party going for longer.
What if it's raining, stormy or windy? We prefer not to set up if it is raining, stormy or if there are winds exceeding 24km/h. If this happens then we will apply your deposit to a different date of your choice. We advise finding an indoor venue for winter months if possible.
